VAU Werkzeug- und Gerätebau GmbH & Co KG is a Munich, Germany-based family-owned and operated company in the business of making precision metal products for more than 40 years.
In January of 2008, VAU Werkzeug- und Gerätebau debuted the VAU Blockbuster VM Series of Brazed Plate Heat Exchangers. The VAU Blockbuster has been such a success in Europe that North American distribution was launched in December of 2008, with the US-based subsidiary, VAU Heat Transfer, Inc., based in Kingman, Arizona. North American manufacturing of heat exchangers at VAU Heat Transfer, Inc., is planned for the summer of 2010.
The VAU Blockbuster is available in more than 70 standard models in various sizes, number of plates, and fittings in order to meet your specific heat transfer application requirements. Additionally, we can custom design and build, in our ISO 9001 certified Munich facility, special VAU Blockbuster units to meet your exacting, unique requirements.
At VAU, we have more than 25 years experience in the engineering, design, and manufacturing of heat exchangers. In addition to our brazed plate heat exchanger product lineup, we offer special project consulting services, project planning, heat transfer engineering, system and integration planning, project site support, and documentation services.
